I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’. I don’t like cold English muffins, yet mine was served cold and not toasted. I've visited this location several times, and they never seem to get my order right. If they had been polite about the mistake, I might not have been so frustrated. Instead, the staff gave me attitude while I was paying $29 for my food. On top of that, many other customers also had their orders mixed up. I simply can’t eat cold English muffins, and this visit was very disappointing.
I feel uneasy every time I visit this restaurant. The staff often come across as unfriendly over small issues, giving unpleasant looks and appearing generally unhappy. I've specifically noticed that the Indian staff tend to be especially quick to respond negatively, which is disheartening but unfortunately accurate. It might be worth considering a complete team overhaul, as the negative atmosphere is palpable as soon as you enter.
We arrived at Dunkin' at 8 PM only to be told they were closed. However, another customer came up and was served without any issue. While we were turned away, the staff sat inside laughing at us as we left. This unprofessional behavior ruined our experience. We will never return to this Dunkin' location, despite their menu looking promising online.
I ordered two coffees and two donuts, specifically asking for the coffee to be made lukewarm since I have a tendency to burn my mouth. I also requested ice in my coffee and was charged for it. Unfortunately, the coffee ended up being too hot, and the donuts tasted stale. I won’t be visiting this restaurant again.

Here Easter Sunday, 4.20.19 to break away from cooking and washing. The young woman who took my order was very happy and outraged. That was a big plus. It was Easter Sunday and served with a smile! My coffee and Boston cream donut were very good. I enjoyed my coffee break here.
I’m changing my rating to 1 star because the coffee has been really disappointing lately. It’s overpriced, and the service takes too long. There are much better places to get coffee.
Linden dunkin donuts is 2 expensive. I've been to other shop locations and never been over charged 4 a sandwich and coffee. Service was good but your prices are 2 high.
The service was extremely poor. When I asked for a refund, the elderly lady told me I couldn’t get one for what I ordered. I will never go back there again.
