Although this is the first time I came here and ordered a caramel craze hot latte and it actually tasted like a caramel craze latte, despite everything going on, the man behind the counter was not wearing gloves when making drinks. It enough to not have gloves on and putting his hands all over my top where my mouth has to go, but when he came from the back he did not wash his hands!! I'll have to find another Dunkin that's close by from now on.
This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited. I come here frequently because of their location and there is ALWAYS an issue. Either they don't have products for months, the employees mess up a ton, and their bathrooms have been closed forever.This is straight up, a bad Dunkin donuts.
The employees are hardworking and courteous, even with impatient customers. Most complaints from reviewers are not regarding the staff, but rather issues related to the owner and the company itself, particularly concerning the bathroom facilities due to Covid.
I haven't visited here in a while but they seem to be under new management. The customer service has improved tremendously as well as wait time. (Still upset Dunkin no longer sells their grilled cheese sandwich, but that's a different story. Enjoy. Réservez une table maintenant
I want to give a shout-out to Antonio! He was the only employee running the whole operation, and he provided outstanding customer service. He definitely deserves some sort of recognition or incentive for his hard work! Thank you, Antonio!

If the manager isn?t there, there is ALWAYS a line. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order, and it still wasn?t ready. I had to cancel the order and drive to Starbucks.
My daughter tried it for the first time and absolutely loved it! But then again, she has a fondness for breakfast and sweets. Réservez une table maintenant
