Went in one day ordered two coffees one with whipped cream one without now we got the coffees right but put on the wrong coffee we went back to get another one I was told I didn’t ask for whipped cream on the second one which was true but asked for it on the French vanilla not the mocha went in to order another coffee a few days later and was told they couldn’t serve me anymore I have a right to be upset with how my order was made this isn’t the first time they messed up my orders if I was anyone I wouldn’t go to this one the manager is rude and so are the employees I ordered from then about 5 days in a row on my way to work they may not appreciate my attitude but I don’t appreciate my order...
I visit this Dunkin' almost daily, sometimes even twice a day. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and they remember my order perfectly. It's a wonderful experience! However, there's a new girl at the drive-thru window who has been working there for the past two days. She wears a black bedazzled mask, and I can't even read her name tag. Unfortunately, she could use some training in customer service. I don't appreciate her grumpy demeanor first thing in the morning—it wouldn't hurt her to greet customers with a simple "good morning" or "have a nice day." It's surprising that the positive attitudes of the other staff members haven’t influenced her at all.
They make my coffee wrong every time. A couple months ago I just started making my own iced coffee. But once in a while I grab one while I'm out. Today I placed an on the go order while I was in a really long line at the Circle K counter. When I went to pick up my order it was wrong. Both the receipt and the sticker on the cup said Iced, but they made a hot. I've worked at Dunkin before and understand mistakes happe . But this happens EVERY time I go there, whether I use on the go ordering or order at the counte . This was the last time I go ther .
Save yourself the hassle and head to the Dunkin' next door. The staff here are among the most immature and unprofessional I've ever encountered. They often hide in the back, laughing and scrolling through social media while customers wait in line. I've witnessed multiple people leave in frustration on more than one occasion. I won't be returning for coffee or anything else again! Store owner, please take note!

I can't have a wrap from here every day because it's always cold inside, and the edges are often burnt. The quality is inconsistent. I go there daily, but it seems like they only focus on making the sandwiches quickly, not on the quality. It's reminiscent of fast-food places like McDonald's or Burger King, where speed takes priority over taste. Overall, the food just isn't great.
I love the dunkin at the circle K gas station very friendly employees always on the go and they care about the customers. They are fast orders always accurate never any issues with my orders.
Betsy is the best, she always makes our coffee right without a doubt. She is a very nice person, she is a people person, always happy when we go there atleast 3 to 4 times a week.
