I've visited this location frequently, almost becoming a regular customer. However, my experience today was quite disappointing. The avocado spread on my sandwich was clearly old and brown, so I requested a fresh batch. The staff member refused and insisted on using the brown spread. When I pointed it out, she reluctantly swiped off the old avocado with just two fingers and eventually brought out a fresh bag. Overall, it was a frustrating customer experience, and I'm not inclined to return.
I purchased some cookies, but they had a strong flavor of Italian herbs and spices, likely because they were baked alongside the bread. Unfortunately, this combination didn't work well, and the cookies were quite unpleasant. They really need to bake them separately. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 10.
I always order my party platters from this restaurant, and they are a genuinely nice and polite family-run business. They've never let me down, whether I’m placing a large order or just stopping in for a few subs. They will definitely continue to have my support!
