This dunkin is not the same as before. The manager I think her name is Rosa is a very unprofessional. This woman is rude and has a dirty mouth she's always saying bad words in spanish. She lies to customer's I asked for almond milk which is a different charge she gave me skim milk I brought it to her attention while I'm standing in front of the soft drink cooler I never saw her pull out almond milk for my coffee as the other girls always have she will look dead in my face and lie. message to the owners Rosa needs a class of customer service skills she is a horrible person when I go in i dnt want her serving me. Had to pick up something last minute was visiting someone and didn 't want to go empty-handed. I should 've just gone without. Dunkin ' Donuts is the worst!

We ordered 4 Dunkin drinks so simple almost tastes like flavored water even the color of the drinks were weird
