I received excellent, above and beyond service from Samantha (shift leader) and Aliyah (cashier)! They were very friendly and engaging, they paid close attention to my order details, and they were both just extremely pleasant and professional. This is myFAVORITE Dunkin?/Baskin location, and I am PROUD to be a loyal patron to such an outstanding business and it?s lovely employees!I recommend this Dunkin?/Baskin location to everyone! It?s clean and has a great variety of delicious foods and affordableprices.

I always goes to this location in the morning before work I work at Pete?s from oak park and as we all employees have to take the food certificate test I know the importance of cross contamination. I order a plain bagel with plain cream cheese a part ofmy bagel had pesto I am sure they put the cream cheese after they did a sandwich with pesto and they didn?t change the spoon orwash it. That?s cross contamination and bad manager they should know to use different spoon.

I visit this Dunkin last night 10/21/2022 around 7 .m and the lady woker was mistreated by the male he was speaking to her so rude I hope the owner removes him she looked like she wanted to quit but she ignored him and still had great customer serviceand did a great job on my order

The men that work in this DD need to clean their nails and clip them. Disgusting to have my coffee handed by a man with nails extremely dirty. Do better.

A friend of mine who previously worked here is still waiting to get paid for 3 days of work. Owner needs to be reminded of labor laws.
