One of the worst Dunkin store. I was there last weekend with my family store was busy, there was a long queue, understandable because of the weekend. Lady at the counter was very rude and busy with her cell phone typing....(cell phone allowed at counter?? and there was a long queue of customers.When it was my turn I saw that she was collecting all the dunkin points in her PERSONAL CELL PHONE. She didn't even ask me and scanned her own DUNKIN APP QR Code. Not sure if this is allowed or not ???? and she did the same thing with all the customers who did not had a dunkin app to collect points.Looks like employees are scamming the store owner....FYI: store owner about the scam...
Hell no. Placed online order for curbside at 11:07, at 11:09 I arrived at the location. Waited until 11:20 in my car. Finally went in. The guy working front didn’t acknowledge me till 11:22. When I asked “can I get my online order” he pointed behind me, outside, and low and behold my order was sitting on a table outside. DUDE LEFT MY COFFEE AND FOOD ON AN OUTDOOR TABLE INSTEAD OF WALKING TEN MORE FEET TO MY CAR. It’s hard enough to find quality DD locations anymore, and this sure isn’t one of them.
i normally always go around at the same time 9:25-9:30AM and it seems like EVERY time i go in inside they’re backed up with their mobile orders. lady it’s so BUSY with mobile orders that does NOT pay attention to people that are coming in. There’s always a line people literally walk out because she does NOT acknowledge customers and she does not greet anybody and obviously prefers on doing mobile orders.. seems like she’s the only employee and it’s always the same lady that’s there in the morning
I wanted to pickup an iced coffee before work around 6:30 pm and I waited for nearly 3-5 mins but no one showed up at the counter to take the order in fact I could hear loud singing behind somewhere in the kitchen area. Also once the boy was sitting right by the counter with loud music on his headphones and didn’t even know I was waiting there for him to look up and take my order. It’s a shame that you are losing your customers.

the first time that dunkin donuts it doesn’t like so much, there are no great sorts of dounts I thought they will have much more, the staff is nice and friendly, on the picture, the art I tried the best was the Boston War, they said download the app will get free coffee so that I download it, the good is 2$ of coffee valied form 2-5
could not order the app and pick up in the store. I had to order at the counter, so I reduced my order, and I was not received. MASK-POLITIK was not on all. this place seems to be simply failing, so a scandal for a first-class location. I will go on the road from now on as if nothing had improved at this point.
I stopped last night at 8:43 a.m. and was told that they were in a position to make a caramel Cappuccino ray because they closed. I understand that the employee had already cleared up for the night, but I did not go only in 2 minutes before closing

they served my coffee in 2 minutes. obviously it was slow when I came in, but I live in Foamburg and this is the place I always visited. clean, fast, friendly! definitiw recommended!
Staff is good. Only complaint that water tap was unnecessary running even though they were not using. Its lot of waste of water
