The fixed prices at Mr. Carlos should be honored as stated on the signage. It’s not the customer's fault if the signs are outdated. I just wanted to add that shortly after writing my initial review, I believe I encountered the same Western Indian lady mentioned in another one-star review. This place is truly awful. I'm thankful I don’t live nearby; I only chose to eat here because it was the closest option during my travels.
Terrible customer service especially the west Indian woman treats people like criminals. Treats homeless customer completely sub human like they're not even people I had to get up and walk out because I couldn't watch the way she was treating a customer who bought a coffee but she wanted him to drink it outside. Totally uncalled for she's sub human should learn some compassion
On Saturday August 6, at approximately 715pm I ordered a large decaffeinated with unsweetened hazelnut shots. I did not receive the unsweetened shots despite receiving the label that stated it. I questioned the staff member. The staff member said that they were out of hazelnut shots but didn't say anything until I questioned them about it. That's bad customer service.
Bad service, I asked for a medium frozen Coffee and they gave me a small one. I make the claim but they insist that the employee register a small one. but since they do not give a receipt I could not continue claiming. don't be fooled by the employees, ask for your receipt. they never give receipt. whole staff extremely rude! lead manager has the most beautiful setting that I had to meet throughout the year ive did door dash. It is not only rude for the customers, but also for their employees it was a very unpleasant experience
The service was fine, the employees respectful and courtesy but when I asked for a cup of water they said I had to buy a bottle. I just spent over $20 and can't get a cup of water, I would graceful ask that they review that policy.
I asked for iced coffee with milk and they put almond milk without telling me. Please tell your customers if you’re out of regular milk so they can order something else; I personally don’t like almond milk so total waste
Ordering through the app for pickup is quick and convenient. However, I've noticed that my sandwiches have been over-toasted on a few occasions, resulting in hard or burnt bread. Réservez une table maintenant
This Dunkin’ location has exhibited racist behavior. They spent a significant amount of time focusing on me and discussing my job in a way that felt uncomfortable and excessive.
