I love Dunkin! Good area for the most part sometimes homeless come in but are treated with respect as long as they purchase at least a small drink. Clean and staff is attentive. Prices have gone up but that's everywhere. Not really anything bad about this place. Reccomend. The food was delicious and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was efficient and friendly, also receiving a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere, even in a takeout setting, was inviting and pleasant, matching the same 4 out of 5 rating. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!
I ordered a sandwich with bacon, sausage, and egg, but I ended up having to go back three times because they made it wrong. On the last visit, a young man rolled his eyes at me and told me to check my sandwich to ensure it was correct, as if it were my responsibility to do so! If you want your food to be properly prepared and don’t want to be treated as if it’s your fault for their mistakes, I recommend going somewhere else. There’s a lack of accountability here.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly. The food was decent, but the establishment itself is in need of a thorough cleaning, from the dining area to the restrooms. Please be cautious: I noticed that an employee at this restaurant was looking at his phone while a woman entered the restroom. Additionally, there was a device that didn't appear to be a fire detector; it was blinking the entire time I was inside and made a sound like it was recording. This was in the women's restroom.
Visiting the USA looking forward to my favorite ice cream and topping (rocky road marshmallow) I wasn't able to enjoy this as I did on earlier trips because neither the flavor ice cream nor the topping was available at Baskin Robins ? the partner shopinside this Dunkin Donuts
