Dunkin' - Réservation de table

I ordered two donuts and a frozen chocolate at the restaurant. However, the cashier mistakenly gave me a frozen coffee, even though I am allergic to coffee. When I brought this to their attention, the cashier insisted that is what I had ordered, which was not the case. It was only after I threw the coffee away that another worker offered to give me the correct order. Unfortunately, my throat is now swollen and I am having trouble swallowing. Thank you Dunkin for the unpleasant experience.

Terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts! One of the young female employees, Santana, seemed to have no interest in working at all. When I approached the counter, she ignored me and walked away. After my boyfriend asked if we could order, she reluctantly took our order but didn't give me a receipt or my bag of donuts. Another employee had to step in to provide me with my receipt and eventually hand over my bag of donuts. Dunkin', please stop hiring people who don't want to work.

nice staff, but this special franchise owner decision to make milk of milk 2 $ charged. around lol oki’ve never been, a dunkin in the opposite, where there are more than $1, even the most beautiful artisanal-open places in the city not calculate that. I come here because I am working and desperate in the same strip-mask, but if you like a good coffee, go anywhere. at least they get what they pay for

Nice staff but this particular franchise owner’s decision to make oat milk a $2 upcharge… um lol okI’ve never been to a Dunkin in the area where it’s more than $1, even the nicest artisanalcoffee places downtown don’t charge that. I come here because I work in the same strip mall and get desperate, but if you like good coffee go anywhere else. At least you’ll get what you’re paying for Réservez une table maintenant

2 donuts and a frozen chocolate ordered. kasse gave me a frozen coffee. bt2 work I am allergic to coffee. then, when I complained, the cashier said that what I ordered, which obviously I would never order. only after the coffee was fed into the garbage, the other worker offered me what I had ordered. my throat is now swollen and I can't swallow. many thanks to dunkin.

I ordered a bagel, donut, and a cold brew. It took 20 minutes to receive my bagel, and I had to get the attention of the staff because they forgot my cold brew. The person making the drinks seemed inexperienced and had to repeatedly ask the cashier for help. Overall, the service was terrible.

Employees not properly trained struggle to handle any more then a few customers, one employee to busy complaining on the phone to her boss to prepare the food ordered, waited 15 minutes for a sandwich and hash browns only one other person waiting for the same at the time

After 30 min just try to get an eating menu online, I gave up. pity that you go dunkin imma to another place. the people in these days have too many possibilities to make it so difficult to see just what I want to be a breakfast. Réservez une table maintenant

Perfect coffee every time but the drive thru can be have a long line and the inside is closed most of the time because they don't have enough employees unfortunately.
