I’m a big fan of Dunkin', but this location is definitely the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff appears completely unaware of how to manage a business. First off, they have a terrible attitude, as if you’re asking for something for free. To make matters worse, they frequently mess up orders without even offering an apology; instead, they respond with attitude. I got a coffee that was spilled everywhere, and just look at how they handle their bagels—it’s simply unacceptable.
This is easily the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude, making it difficult to even communicate with them. I've been coming here every afternoon since the nearby Starbucks is closed, but I won't be coming back to this location again. Honestly, you all should consider finding new jobs!
Got an iced coffee with about half an inch of coffee grounds at the bottom. I only noticed it when I was at work. Tried calling the store but was put on hold and never got an answer. Make sure to check your coffee before you leave.
My order was correct, but the employee at the drive-thru dropped my card on the ground. Instead of apologizing, she just looked at me and closed the window. I found that to be very rude. Réservez une table maintenant
