I initially wanted to write a negative review for this restaurant because about three weeks ago, I tried to customize a bucket from their 10-piece family meal. The staff member handling the microphone seemed confused by my request. I asked for "half crispy and semi-original," specifying I wanted two pieces of chicken original, two crispy pieces, and the rest as drumsticks. Seems straightforward, right? However, when I explained my order, he told me they couldn’t do it, which was incredibly frustrating. I almost gave up and decided to head to another KFC instead. Unfortunately, I was already stuck in the drive-thru line, so I had to wait for the car in front of me to finish their order.

AVOID KFC! Their recipes have changed dramatically, and the new chicken is truly disappointing. I've had better chicken tenders for much less at school lunch. The potato wedges, which used to be delicious, have been replaced with overcooked, dried-out French fries, heavily seasoned to hide their poor quality. The mac and cheese is so unappealing that you'd probably prefer the microwaveable version from the dollar store, which costs just a dollar more than KFC's current offering that lacks any real flavor, made from their cheap processed cheese. I hadn't been to this place in a few years, but my biological father wanted to live near KFC. The chicken was really good and fresh, though it was a bit salty.
This place is really disappointing. There’s usually no one in the parking lot for a reason. The last two times I visited, the chicken was soggy and tasted old.

I had a fantastic experience! I've been ordering the box chicken sandwich meal with three sides, and for just $12, it's a great deal!
I drove through with my son, who really loves the chicken sandwich. The line moved quickly, and our server was very friendly!
The chicken was terrible; it was dry and tough, and there was still flour on it from the frying process.
