My family and I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location at the shopping center. After waiting in line for a long time, when I went to the cashier to place an order, we were cut off by someone with a gift card. We had to wait even longer after placing our order only to be told that there was no cream available for our coffee. When we asked for milk instead, we were charged extra for it. The cashier then made the 6 cups of coffee we ordered, but the milk was very light. We had to ask for more milk. The cashier was extremely rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there at all. The coffee was terrible, one of our children got sick from the coffee and vomited multiple times. Nobody could finish...
Every time I go to this location, I always have problems. Ordered a Decaf Iced Latte and they didn't even ring it in as Decaf and tastes nothing like it. Their kitchen was closed at 4pm which is nothing close to when they're closed My gift card wasn't scanning and the female cashier was getting visibly more and more frustrated because it wasn't working I couldn't afford the entire order so I told her I had to take something off and she got visibly upset smacking the computer with aggression trying to redo the transactionThe fact that this is in a heavy traffic hallway in a mall and they treat people with attitude and distain is abysmal. Two teenage girls with no personality, all they know how to do is say no. "Can I have a glass of water?" No. "Can I have a refill on my coffee?" No. Not nice at all. It's amazing that a business can only have employees like them working there. Their attitude definitely makes me not want to come back. Maybe they should consider changing their employees on how to treat their guests.
The restaurant was already sold out of popular items before 5 pm. When we asked, they said they would not be restocking. We were given a small paper bag for our 5 donuts, which ended up messing up the chocolate glaze and the overall appearance of the donuts by the time we got home. The plastic drink cups with straws displayed at the counter were mostly dirty.

First, my coffee was served cold. Second, the food had a horrible bitter after taste and was just thrown into a bag. Also, most items from the menu were unavailable. No bacon, no turkey, no pesto sandwich. Close the store if nothing is available.
We order hot chai latte, but we got light warm Chai latte which is not good. They didn't give any receipt.when I ask receipt, they said that machine is not working.
Asked for tap water for my 3 year old AFTER purchasing a donut. She was thirsty. They Charge $1.75 for tap water. Enough said.
I ordered an Iced caramel macchiato and it didn't taste watered down or bland, even without any added sugar or cream.
