This place need better customer service I came to speaker to order and she say hold on and took forever drove to the window her and another employee was just having a conversation no one was in drive-thru then you have one girl short dark skin she has thenastiest attitude you guys need new hire asap this was my favorite spot it's going down now drinks be watery they confused withpeople orders and too rude yes just get people who want to make customers keep coming I come here because it's close to my houseif your not considering getting customer service ready employees close down

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and generous, especially in the mornings. They are great people—full of energy and always engaging with customers. They genuinely care, asking how you're doing, and they remember your face and your orders. It makes for a wonderful experience!

After waiting about 15 min for my meal I asked the girl who works there about my order and she was really rude saying that was not her job. She was on her phone and contact her friends to harass me like she is in the ghetto. I almost call the cops on herand I have all on camera.

I give the Dunkin ' located at 19801 NW 27th Ave Unit A, Miami Gardens, FL 33056 Five stars. This Dunkin Donut serves a good cup of coffee and its served by a great staff. 5?? ? 'S DOUBLE D IS ALWAYS GOOD. The 2 for $2 egg cheese wrap is one of my favorite items. Réservez une table maintenant

My husband really enjoyed the donuts, especially the Croissant Donut, which we thought were the best. They stayed delicious even after a day or two. We hope the Croissant-Toughnuts return soon!

Good place to stop before going into the stadium. Friendly and fast service even at 11:00 am on a Sunday when the Dolphins game started at 1 pm.

The cold coffee was excellent, but the staff seemed unclear about how to provide the complimentary coffee as advertised.

Everytime i go to this location my bagel bagel is burnt. Definitely sticking to the starbucks that's not too far
