I went back inside to ask for butter, but the short, wide-eyed cashier, who refused to give his name, wouldn’t let the staff member I was talking to give it to me without seeing my order. The staff member explained that I had just picked it up. The cashier then reluctantly handed me one butter packet and said, “That’s what you paid for, goodbye.” This Dunkin' is terrible. It feels like the employees are rationing food that customers have already paid for. They keep app orders behind the counter and ignore you when you come in to pick them up. The manager is incredibly rude! He throws people's food down and can't even be bothered to answer simple questions. When my husband asked a question, he was shockingly disrespectful, as if people haven't paid for a service. This is poor customer service and unacceptable behavior, especially considering this is a job he chose. It's outrageous, and the owner of this Dunkin should be embarrassed for hiring someone with such terrible customer service skills.
This is probably the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to, and that says a lot. They often run out of most doughnuts early in the day, almost every day. Even though it's a doughnut shop that stays open late, they don't restock once they run out. The customer service is also disappointing.
This restaurant is disappointing! The manager is rather rude to customers and even argues with regulars about their coffee orders. The service from the other staff is just passable, but certainly not impressive. To make matters worse, there's no drive-thru!

This restaurant is a wonderful spot with welcoming staff. However, they should consider operating both registers to speed up the checkout process for customers.
This Dunkin' location is my favorite! It’s always spotless, the service is exceptional, and the breakfast choices are tasty.
