The service is prompt, and the staff are very friendly. There have been some changes to the food selection. I'm not a big fan of sweet items, but I decided to try one of their sandwiches: chicken, tuna, and smoked sausage. I also enjoyed my large coffee with a less sweet dessert. However, since they took that item off the menu, I don’t order it anymore. Overall, they were great for those of us on short breaks.
This place has gotten some pretty bad reviews in the past, but I didn't have an issue. Service was a little slow, but certainly very friendly. My coffee was a little pricey, but was perfectly consistent with other Dunkins and the place was pretty damn clean. They were out of pumpkin donuts and munchkins, but it's that time of year...get them early or miss out
horrible morning service! this place used to be great but now has fallen off the cliff. I ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich. got coffees wrong and never got a sandwich. walked out of store out of frustration as employees argued over who forgot what and never even attempted to correct the situation. I gave them one star only because that's the lowest option.
They were recently under new possession, and while I enjoyed it before, it is better now! The staff is super friendly and always greets me with a smile. I also have to say that you always get my coffee right! Some other Dunkins don't do it like any visit, but this makes it right every time. Make this Dunkin your head, you will not regret it! I usually stop by in the mornings around 6 AM. The staff is incredibly friendly and always knows exactly what I want and how to prepare it. Whenever I get a muffin, it's always fresh and fluffy. My coffee never tastes stale or burnt. I really appreciate the excellent service and their genuinely cheerful attitude, even at such an early hour!
I've been here for years, the staff are very friendly. I saw that someone gave this place a 3-star rating because she had locked internal seats for COVID. That's just ridiculous, we all have to go through this pandemic and just do your part, so it ends faster instead of accusing businesses.
The workers there were rude and rushed my order and lied to my friend and said they didn’t have a drink at all that I had JUST previously ordered My doughnut was also smushed.
