The restaurant has recently come under new ownership, and although I appreciated how it was managed before, it's now even better! The staff is incredibly friendly and always greets me with a smile. I also want to say THANK YOU for consistently making my coffee just the way I like it! While some other Dunkin' locations can be hit or miss with my order, this one gets it right every single time. Make this Dunkin' your go-to spot; you won't regret it!
They have recently been under new ownership, and while I've enjoyed the way it was previously ran, it is even better now! Staff is super friendly and always greeting me with a smile. I also have to say THANK YOU for always getting my coffee just right! Some other Dunkins don't make it the same way every visit, but this one makes it correctly every single time. Terrible morning service! This place used to be fantastic, but it has really declined. I ordered two coffees and a sandwich, but they got my coffee order wrong and I never received my sandwich. I ended up leaving in frustration while the staff argued about who was responsible for the mistakes, and they didn't even try to fix the situation. I gave them one star only because that's the lowest rating possible.
This place has gotten some pretty bad reviews in the past, but I didn't have an issue. Service was a little slow, but certainly very friendly. My coffee was a little pricey, but was perfectly consistent with other Dunkins and the place was pretty damn clean. They were out of pumpkin donuts and munchkins, but it's that time of year...get them early or miss out Réservez une table maintenant
I have been going here for years are the employees are very friendly. I saw someone give this place a 3 star review because they had indoor seating blocked off due to COVID. That is just ridiculous, we all have to go through this pandemic and just do yourpart so it ends quicker instead of blaming the businesses.
