Dunkin' - Réservation de table

The customer service at this place is extremely poor. The person taking our order was on his cellphone the entire time and was so engrossed in his conversation that he got our entire order wrong. He didn’t even greet us or inform us of the total. The drinks were subpar and not what we had requested. This was the worst Dunkin' we have ever visited.

Good selection of donuts and good prices. We were the only customers in the store so I was upset to find that I had been given chocolate instead of chocolate sprinkles like I’d asked but not the end of the world! The donuts are delicious

2 stars for taking my drink back nicely and remaking it, but that’s about it. The iced coffee at this location always seems like it’s water with a hint of coffee flavor and most food items bought from here are hard

Service is poor. Been there twice. The first time, the line was out the door. The second time, the people behind the register were so busy with online orders, they ignored me. Won't be coming back a 3rd time Réservez une table maintenant

In the city on the store and held in maybe two days. Third, I went in and my coffee was waiting for me. My normal Dunkin doesn't even remember my order, Lol. Service: 5/5
