If I could give this Dunkin' location (STORE #310138) half a star, I would. I've never encountered anything like this, and no one else should have to either! According to the app, the store has a bathroom, so I decided to stop by. Out of courtesy, I purchased a donut and a large coffee. When I asked the cashier where the bathroom was, he informed me that it was for employees only. At that point, I refused my order (which I hadn't touched), especially since he hadn't even made the coffee yet. He then told me he wouldn't refund my money. I rarely get drinks here; the only reason I visit is because it’s close to my house. Some of the staff don’t maintain proper hygiene when handling food. The coffee never tastes good. These are the reasons I dislike going to Dunkin’.

This Dunkin' is situated inside a gas station. It's very clean, and the staff members were incredibly friendly! They remembered my previous order and greeted me with a smile!
Honestly, this Dunkin' Donuts is the best one I've ever visited. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean, and the Americanos are fantastic. It's simply perfect.
