This morning was the final straw. I ordered my usual donut from Dunkin', but it was literally half the size of what it normally is. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go back because I was on my way to work. To make matters worse, they also said they had no milk available at the store, which was confusing because I know I’ve gotten it there before. The employees I've encountered seem to mostly be high school students, and while they might be fine, many of them don’t seem to care or exhibit a strong work ethic. I started working in the service industry at 16, so I understand the challenges that come with it, but the fact that these issues keep happening is simply unacceptable.
An order placed after about 3-4 minutes on the trip thru. Basically, I had no articles I ordered. I had to go into the window and the guy never came in the order in the computer, asked me to repeat my whole order. Then gave me a drink I didn't order after I charged myself for it. Instead of paying me back, he asked me to keep it easy... without a refund. Do you have a nice day and went on to close the window. I had to remind him he never gave me the donuts. Donuts tasted like they weren't fresh at all... wet. Very disappointing.
Placed an online order. Arrived at the location and was told they have none of the items I ordered besides my coffee, which they made wrong. I then asked for a refund which they refused. I was instead given a receipt and told I can come back at a later date and use the receipt to get items. So I paid $13.78 for absolutely nothing... No manager at the store either. They need to shut this place down.
We visited a Dunkin Donuts on the way from Lumberton after checking out the KOA. The woman was not hungry, so she just ordered a donut. I caught a mango limonade refresher and tomatoes pesto grill sandwich. There were no complaints from both of us. And the food was good. It has distracted me long enough that I forgot to take photos! This special place always has phenomenal customer service and food preparation is always top notch. I didn't catch the name of the Lord who prepared my Bagel Minis, but I would like to let him know that you are perfecting them and it was very nice to have them crispy.
