This place is dirty, rundown, and has rude employees, on my last and final visit the outside diner area was full of trash, overflow trash cans and tables were unfit to sit at, inside trash cans full, condiments tray were empty, they were out of regular coffee and only had 2 type's of donuts for sale, I counted 6 people on staff that I saw and it was not busy, 2 we're sitting on the counter one was talking to friends outside. This place brings down our community with it's trashy exterior and faded POS. I gave this place one too many chances as it is convenient but no more, please get your act together or get out.
I'm giving this place five stars, not necessarily because the food is extraordinary—it's Dunkin', after all, and it's pretty good. The real highlight here is how hard the two guys behind the counter are working. They're trying their best to manage orders while the drive-thru extends around the building. It's clear that the responsibility of keeping this store running falls heavily on them. These are definitely unusual times, but I'm really impressed that these employees show up every day and put in their best effort. Please remember to tip them; they’re doing their utmost to serve you quickly.
I ordered a caramel iced coffee, but they were out of caramel. I asked for everything bagel bites, and they only had plain. I requested snacking bacon, but they were out of that too. Then I asked for a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich with sugar bacon, and surprise—no sugar bacon available. The overall environment was messy, unhygienic, and frankly disgusting.
To make matters worse, the donut box was soggy and full of coffee. The food quality was subpar as well; my croissant was hard. I will never return to this place and I do NOT recommend it at all—10/10.
I was picking up for my grandma so I wasn?t sure what was in the order so before I left I asked if I had everything and the lady said yes. Upon going back we didn?t have everything so I had to drive back to get the rest of my stuff as I was waiting I heard a lady yell ?are those the people that forgot their sandwiches? even though I asked before I left originally if we had everything and the lady said yes, terrible place to come to will never come again.

Update: I went back in the afternoon, and there was only one person managing both the register and the drive-thru. She was doing her best and was very polite. I didn’t have to wait too long, but I can’t imagine what it would be like during busier times. However, the donuts didn’t seem very fresh, likely having been on the rack for a while. If you’re looking for fresher donuts, this may not be the right place.
The only drawback is they had one man running the entire store he was very busy very stressed I'm sure but was very pleasant and polite doing all he could to get orders together quickly trying his best to split the time he had between drive-thru and front counter so everybody was taken care of
I'm from Seattle where we get great coffee, I don't know what it is about this Duncan Donuts but this location makes the best coffee! Excellent staff, very kind and efficient!
