BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! This place consistently gets orders wrong, no matter what! I placed an order through the app and gave them 20 minutes to prepare it. The drive-thru was empty, yet they still messed it up. As a manager in St. Pete, I know how challenging the talent pool can be, but this really boils down to POOR MANAGEMENT. The owners of this location should visit the one on Gulfport Blvd or the one on 4th St S to see how the same staff can perform much better when managed properly. I didn't even receive a simple "good morning" or "thank you." It seems like the owners just don't care. I suggest taking your business elsewhere!
The worst service possible! Disappointing service and attitude. We went Tuesday afternoon. Immediately the service provider claimed she didn't know how to make any food items. Mind you, it's simple recipes that are toasted or microwaved. Secondly, theservice provider became visibly angry when we ordered. She slammed the coffee on the counter, then exclaimed to her coworkerthat she was heading out to eat. Dunkin provides a service, and being in service means you treat the customer like they arevalued. Shame on the worker who is obviously toxic, and steals profits from the owner. Shame on her for treating customers sopoorly.
Would give less than a star if I could. Went in here on a Saturday afternoon and walked right in to find out there wasn?t a single employee inside. I waited a few minutes even saying hello multiple times and nobody responded? kind of strange to leave abusiness unlocked with tips sitting out, registers, and food? and no employees inside. According to people who pulled into theparking lot, this happens at this location a lot. Corporate oughta shut this place down ASAP!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. It's dirty, grimy, and unwelcoming— and that’s before you even place an order. The donuts are stale, even in the morning, which is quite an achievement. We live just a short walk away from this shop, and while our child loves donuts, it’s not enough to make us come back. If you value cleanliness in your food, I suggest you steer clear of this establishment.

It's a decent place, but I really wish it were more spacious. The high turnover of staff raises some concerns. The prices also seem a bit high considering what's offered. I think they would benefit from focusing exclusively on coffee and baked goods and consistently providing a wider selection.
I would not recommend this restaurant. They are understaffed and frequently run out of items. They didn't have any eggs or tomatoes for the toast. Our order was also missing hash browns, and when they finally arrived, they were cold and soggy.

You should definitely try Dunkin Donuts in South Pasadena. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and while the bagel was nicely toasted, it had very little cream cheese on it.

The hash browns were overly greasy and soggy! When we asked for a fresh batch, our request was denied. This location definitely needs to work on its customer service skills.
