I come here at least a few times a week and I love the mother and daughter Duo, the 2nd shift work! You make the best drinks! Most other employees get my coffee wrong, although I tell them exactly how I want it. When I told her it was a mistake because I didn't ask for sugar in my ice cream coffee, she told me there was no sugar. I had to wait to ask someone to drink my drink again. When I see the mother daughter duo, I am elated because I know my order is correct and they are both the sweetest!
I give this place 5 stars because the employees work there as hard and as fast as they can serve their customers. It is not easy to deal with mobile/delivery orders and customers at the same time. Many people do not know how it feels to work for the fast food industry, so they need to understand why it takes a few minutes to be ready for their order.
This Dunkin is under new management and the employees are terrible. There is a mother and daughter who works there at night and they were very nice. There is a very negative feeling now. When the girl was asked for the old staff, it looked at me and said it was no longer here under a new rage.
Very nasty customer service experience. I ordered a croissant sausage with cheese. I asked for something paralyzed and the employee reacted with the proverb? Do you want some jelly? and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee must learn how to address customers with respect.
