My experience at Dunkin today was truly disappointing, and I don’t plan on returning. I went to the location on Davis Drive to pick up two donuts, and even though there was no line, I waited at the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. Frustrated, I decided to pull up to the window and had to interrupt an employee who was busy texting to place my order. She clearly wasn’t pleased about it. After finally getting my two donuts—something that should have taken just a minute—I was told I couldn't have a receipt, as she seemed aware I would leave a negative review. The staff was young but seemed dedicated to their tasks. Our main reason for leaving was the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. With proper training, I believe they could perform very well. To management: We traveled over an hour and a half to visit your location. While morning business might be strong, there’s clearly potential to attract evening customers who enjoy sweet treats. I suggest maintaining a clean dining area at all times and enhancing the presentation. The ice cream appeared hard and dry, with lighter flavors showing signs of browning. The donuts on display looked disorganized, and the parchment paper underneath was messy.
I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I just left a few minutes ago, and they had no donuts available. When I inquired with the cashier, Diya, she told me, "We sold them all, and I can’t make any more." This was surprising since it was only 7:30 PM. I plan to contact corporate and speak to the manager in the morning to file a complaint. This is the fourth time I've come across rude employees or found them out of donuts, coffee, and food. It would probably save everyone a lot of time and frustration if they just shut down for good.
It's such a shame for the Dunkin' Donuts brand. I usually enjoy their breakfast, but this particular location gave me a terrible experience. The hash browns, which are supposed to be their famous item, arrived looking like a ball of mashed potatoes. They smelled off and tasted horrible. Unfortunately, there was more disappointment to come. The burnt chocolate croissants that were served with it forced me to toss everything in the trash and just move on.

On June 4, 2022, I ordered an iced vanilla latte with no sugar, a tomato pesto grilled cheese, and hash browns. The drink was freshly made, but there was a mistake at the register, and I wasn’t charged for the hash browns. Unfortunately, they took a long time to arrive. Otherwise, I would have only needed to take one photo. My mom ordered a hot vanilla latte without sugar, along with a sausage croissant and hash browns as well.
The drive-thru at this location is extremely slow. It usually takes around 15 minutes to get through the line. They frequently have you wait at the speaker, saying, "I'll be with you in a minute," yet they never come back to take your order. By the time you reach the window, they often ask for your order again because they can't find it or remember what you requested.
The staff at Dunkin' appeared more interested in rushing me out than making sure my order was correct. The woman at the drive-thru spoke very fast with an unwelcoming tone. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, despite their menu offering some appealing options.
I'm on my way to the café. While the takeout lines can get quite lengthy at times, there are usually ways to get quicker service.

I visited this restaurant recently and ordered four hot chocolates topped with whipped cream. I have no complaints.
The breakfast food was excellent! It was served relatively quickly and was 맛있어요.
