Dunkin' - Réserver une table

Worst dunkin ever. I asked for a toasted bagel with vegetable cream. Found out it?s a regular cream cheese and bagel rock hard. Don?t if they know the meaning of toasted cuz last time they warmed the bagel in oven and got saggy this time when they toasted it.....! I don?t know what to say they need to hire better staff.
