How can anyone find this amusing when customers are left waiting for over half an hour? I eventually asked about my grilled cheese, and the manager came over to confirm it was mine. Why couldn’t the sandwich lady just check for grilled cheese orders instead of leaving it unattended after such a long wait? This is not how you treat customers.
It's also unprofessional to laugh while customers are waiting for so long. A simple apology for the delay would have gone a long way instead of making it seem like a joke. They really need to improve their service!
This Dunkin' location is quite small, and unfortunately, the staff often get orders wrong. I am constantly let down by this restaurant. My coffee cup is seldom filled, and although they offer ice cream, the amount of coffee served is always minimal. I've tried giving them two chances, but if they can't make a decent cup of coffee, they really shouldn't serve it at all. This experience is quite frustrating for customers.

I would advise against visiting this unclean establishment unless you enjoy burnt food and a lack of respect. When I asked the waitress to read back my lengthy order because I was worried I might forget something, she responded abruptly, saying, "You can hardly speak English."
I truly enjoy the oat chai latte here. Every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is fast, polite, and attentive to social distancing guidelines. Parking can be challenging due to the busy location, so drive carefully.
I'm consistently impressed that I can get coffee as early as 4:30 AM. The only employee working at that hour moves incredibly fast and is always punctual! The coffee, sandwiches, and donuts are always fresh.
The restaurant operates with impressive efficiency, and my orders are usually prepared in no time. I'm talking about the Dunkin' Donuts located on Linden Blvd in Elmont.

I purchased some of the hardest and driest donuts and donut holes I've ever tasted. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly.
