I absolutely adore this place! The staff is always incredibly friendly. If I had to choose my favorite Dunkin' in Lucerne County, it would definitely be this one. Recently, my son mentioned wanting a chocolate donut with sprinkles, and the cashier overheard him and kindly gave him one for free. That’s what true dedication looks like—going the extra mile! You should definitely retain employees like this, as they are rare to come by. I always get quick and friendly service, and this team never lets me down when I stop by for my coffee. The combination of sweetness and black pepper offers a distinctive flavor that has quickly become one of my favorites on the menu. Additionally, Dunkin' consistently serves a great cup of coffee. I usually order hazelnut coffee with extra cream and sugar, and it’s impressive how well they get it right—something many places struggle with. The wait time at this Dunkin' location is always quite long. Although their website says they open at 5 AM, they usually don’t open until around 6 AM. I’ve had to wait an extra 15 minutes just for them to unlock the doors, plus another 15 minutes to get my drink. The staff often call out orders so quietly that I miss mine. Once, someone even took my drink from the counter while I was still waiting.
This is a very popular place situated right next to the main local supermarket. I decided to stop by for a pumpkin spice latte on my way to NYC, but it didn't live up to my expectations—it was overly sweet and had an unnatural taste. The atmosphere was quite hectic with a lot of customers, and the restrooms were locked, requiring the barista to grant access each time.
