However, after they paid, I saw the driver looking out the window for quite a while, but nothing happened. Five more minutes passed, and I started to worry about being late for my next commitment. Finally, they received their drinks and left, taking at least ten minutes to complete their order. It appeared that there might only be one person working at the window.

I noticed at least three people working inside, which made it puzzling that it took nearly 20 minutes for those three cars to receive their coffees. The staff at this restaurant are exceptional. Skyler and John were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly outstanding employees. The establishment was also spotless. They kindly allowed my elderly uncle to come in to place his order, ensuring he wore a mask just like they did, and both of them wore gloves as well. Since he struggles with sight and hearing, their patience and kindness were especially appreciated. They truly understand what excellent customer service means, especially in the fast food industry.
The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese croissant was tasty, but it felt a bit dry. I would have appreciated the option to add extra meat and cheese, but I couldn't find that feature in the app. The Apple Fritter was also on the dry side, particularly in the center, and it could have benefitted from more apples around the edges. The Latte, as usual, was delightful.
The donuts were amazing, but I had to wait until I got to the window to learn my total. To top it off, the guy who processed my payment mistakenly thought I was the car behind me and tried to give me an iced coffee instead. They sorted out the mix-up relatively quickly, but it was surprising to witness such a mistake when they weren't very busy.

I really enjoy Dunkin', but my recent visits have been quite frustrating due to the long wait times in the drive-thru. My boyfriend and I decided to time our experience, and it took us 25 minutes just to reach the speaker to place our order. I understand they can get busy, but waiting that long for a medium coffee and two donuts seems excessive.
This was both my first and last visit to the restaurant, and I won't be returning. The avocado toast was disappointing—just some lightly toasted bread with a thin layer of avocado and tough tomatoes. The only positive was the seven well-seasoned potato rounds that came with it. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I ordered three items, but two of them were quite stale—an old donut and a sandwich that was no longer fresh. The only donut that tasted fresh wasn't even the one I ordered. Additionally, the wait time was excessive; I spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I won't be coming back.
I might have added an extra pump of sweetened flavor to my medium cappuccino, but it was still delicious! I'm not entirely sure how much the baristas typically include for each size. The donuts were amazing too—perfect for a morning treat!
