Many people have been complaining about long wait times during busy hours due to fewer employees. However, you do know you can make your own coffee and save those precious twenty minutes, right? This Dunkin’ location is one of the few in the area where the staff is consistently friendly, and I rarely encounter issues with my order. It’s certainly a much better experience compared to the one on Woodbourne Rd.
I just waited 33 minutes in the drive thru for a decaf iced coffee with no sugar. Received a full caf with sugar and some kind of flavor but didn’t have 30 minutes to wait to correct it or the desire to wake up two sleeping children to go in. Super fun for a pregnant person with heart issues to receive the wrong thing and get full caf
STOP hiring teenagers that don’t want to work and don’t care about customers. Never coming back to this location, gave them multiple chances, but every time is something wrong with order, they don't know how to make drinks, food tastes dry and bad, how is this possible??? Waste of money. NEVER AGAIN.
I can't say that all Dunkin' Donuts locations are the same because they're definitely not. It's puzzling how the coffee can taste better at one Dunkin' and not at another. I'm also confused about why some Dunkin' Donuts actually stir the green tea while others claim they do but really don't. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff was extremely courteous. The wake-up wraps were excellent, and the hash browns were tasty—not overly fried like at some other places. I will definitely be returning!
Order was quick to be fulfilled. And nice service ? it's a bit hard to understand their English sometimes. But that doesn't stop the donuts from tasting good ??
Great location with easy access. Unusually for Dunkin', this spot has a well-designed drive-thru layout. Service is typically quick and efficient.

This location serves excellent coffee. You can really tell that they maintain clean pots, as there's no burnt flavor at all.
