Unsafe due the customers around 2:55pm on 12/19/2022. Some older teenagers, caucasian, if I recall, repeatedly kicked and threw a wet floor sign. There was no security for other customers during this time. These dogs also repeatedly pounded the mobile surfaces in the area demanding the staff hurry up after having only waited about 90 seconds for the line to resolve. Then after all of this I am told the flavor shots I ordered via a mobile order are not available for my drink. Dunkin Headquarters is trying to manufacture chaos by taking orders for objects they do not have in stock in stores and not offering security for non-offending customers against such other customers.
I decided to give them another chance this week and placed an order for just a regular coffee through the app at 9:19 AM. By 9:35 AM, I still hadn't received it, and the place wasn’t busy. I asked about my coffee, providing my name, but they only then looked at the online order receipt and began making my drink. It seems that this location ignores online orders until customers inquire about them.
The owner or management really needs to train their staff better. Something has to change as the service is definitely lacking. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
The lousiest dunkin donuts. They used to be so fast but now you have to wait 10 minutes to get your order during rush hours. And mind you, i ordered it through the app so its faster and easy. Its was just a hot tea and donut but you have to wait 10 minutes to get it.Given its rush hour, why don't you put more employees? Its been going since 3 months now. 1 cashier and 1 person who does the breakfast. You can't give it all to the cashier and have them multi task. Its ridiculous.
Absolutely horrible. Placed a mobile order for aSimple coffee at 6:47 it’s now 7:15 and still waiting on it. The Spanish lady purposely made me wait for an extended period for asking about rhe hold up l. 40 minutes for a hot coffee Lightning and sweet SMH

It wasn't my cup of tea two weeks ago when it was a furniture store. It's alright; I stopped by because it's new and I wanted a cup of coffee. It could have used a bit more air conditioning, but overall it was fine. I was in and out pretty quickly.
One of the best Dunkin' locations! The staff is fantastic and they really know how to make the drinks perfectly. I've never had any issues here, even during busy times. Overall, it’s a great spot!
I want to give a minus star.. wanted a iced coffee with caramel and almond milk cuz I’m lactose. Don’t know what they gave, whole day my stomach been hurting and gave me bad bathroom problem.
I visit this Dunkin' Donuts every day before work, and I absolutely love the staff. The ladies who work there are incredibly friendly and consistently provide excellent customer service.

I ordered my drink at 7:45 and had to leave without it at 8:10. I asked several times about its status, but still didn't receive it.
Small location, but conveniently located with polite staff and quick service.
