This location of Dunkin Donuts charges $17.99 for a dozen donuts. This is almost $5 more than other Dunkin locations. Imagine my surprise when I came to this Dunkin Donut and there was no line in the drive through. Yesterday, I ordered a small coffee and a dozen donuts and it cost $20 and some change. Needing the donuts for a work meeting, I went on ahead and got them, but I will never order from this price gouging Dunkin Donut again. When I called to speak to the manager, she said the franchise owner selects the price of the donuts. These donuts were not special. They were not extra fancy. Just regular donuts. There was no line because others have wised up to how expensive this location is....
Today, I decided to order online to avoid dealing with them, but that turned out to be a mistake. I was informed that my meal wasn’t ready, and then they told me I had ordered from the wrong location! After some back-and-forth, they finally located my now cold order mixed in with the Uber deliveries. Honestly, I could just get a coffee and sandwich from WaWa instead. I won't be coming back again!
I've tried this location 3 times thinking anyone can have a bad day. Unfortunately it's been a pattern. I hope someone from corporate will help this location by providing some basic customer service training. I can tolerate poor customer service if the product is great but 3 out of 3 times my very simple order was wrong and the food was far from great. My quest for a consistent dunkin continues!
The food tasted like it had been freezer burned. The hash browns were overcooked, and my drink was served without being mixed, so I had to stir it myself. It was quite disappointing. The prices here are much higher compared to other locations, and I won’t be returning. I'd prefer to go to the Accokeek location or the one in Virginia.

It was still 7:30 when I got to Dunkin’ Donuts but according to google they close at 8. Cars were outside the location but no one was in the building, very disappointing.
Quick service. The female representative at drive up was super awesome! Couldn't hear her name, but am thankful for the stack of napkins the family needed!
This is my local spot. Friendly service, but the staff needs training. Unfortunately, at ths location, you pay extra for flavor shots and swirls. Bummer
Go here all the time and never had a bad experience! Order is also always right too!
