I love the Monroe Dunkin' crew!!! They are the best! ? If I have anything negative to say it's the simple fact that you can't tip them through debit/credit or the app. If it's possible I'm sure that there's many of us who would since cash isn't as readily available as cards are. The staff at this restaurant does not pay attention to customer requests. Despite my repeated requests, they still put the brown sugar cookie in my cold brew. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a sassy attitude and refused to listen. Just a heads up, the brown sugar cookie is very bitter.
Used the app to place an order. They had the order ready but had a really difficult time finding it in the system. One thing I can say about Dunkin ..the doughnuts are the same no matter where you are. I also like their coffee MUCH better than Starbucks...and it's not nearly as expensive Réservez une table maintenant
I really DISLIKE the way the DD workers in general (all DD) put items in the bag. At one point each item was encompassed in a paper bag. Now the items are dumped into a bag. I rarely go to DD anymore because they don't show pride in their pr
The staff are always friendly and helpful. They filled my order and within a few minutes and I was on the road again. Check it out when ever you are in the mood for some great food and excellent coffee.
There is a Dunkin' Donuts here, but they often run out of donuts. I have been here multiple times and have experienced terrible customer service. The staff is very rude to customers.
