It’s your run of the mill Dunkin’. Clean and most staff are friendly but be weary, you’ll be questioned if you ask for a utensil such as a fork after you paid for your order. After being question, they’ll then give you the complete opposite as it is deemed that you do not need what you’re asking for. The way that they act you’d assume for every untensil they give paying customers they’ll deduct 5 cents from their pay. What a joke!
I walked in and found the place empty. I ordered a cold bagel with cream cheese, but it took over 10 minutes to get it. Meanwhile, others who arrived after me were served faster. When I asked for a refund, they refused and insisted I wait even longer for them to prepare my order. To make matters worse, the bagel turned out to be hard and stale—definitely not freshly baked that morning.
I recently witnessed a staff member arguing with a customer over an error with her app order, which was very unprofessional regardless of the situation. Also, whenever I visit this Dunkin’ location in Jersey and order a caramel latte with cream, the staff consistently refuses to prepare it the way I like. If I’m paying for it, I expect it to be made to my specifications.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The coffee was fantastic and the service was top-notch. Sakshee, our server, was exceptional and always so welcoming. My 4-year-old even considers her his best friend, which is quite amusing. He looks forward to visiting her after his karate class. I highly recommend this place. Réservez une table maintenant
I came in for a macchiato and wanted to make some customizations. When I asked, they simply refused. It felt quite rude and unprofessional, especially since I was just swapping one ingredient for another. I ended up going to Starbucks, where they were happy to accommodate my request.
They made my coffee too weak, so I asked to buy a second espresso shot to add myself. The girl ignored me, placed my lid on a dirty counter, and then put that same lid on my coffee. Absolutely disgusting—I will not be returning.
She was so awesome, she helped me figure some things out on the mobile app and gives me really good service every time I come, her name is Sakshee Rana, thanks Dunkin for hiring her ?Vegetarian options: Many.
