I was in recently and was greeted with the best service I have received ever at this location. The gentleman?s name was Hector. He head very nice, courteous, outgoing, and made you feel like a valued customer. I don?t remember him from times before so hemust be a new addition to your staff. So I will say you did a great job by hiring him because the service I received was 110%better then the previous times. I stopped going in as much due to the lack of caring, but with him there hopefully that willhelp turn things around and I will surely be coming back.
Dunkin' is perfectly located on a quiet residential street, making it easy to pull over. My teenager can quickly hop out of the car to place his order, ensuring a simple and safe experience, even in snowy conditions. Unlike many nearby spots with parking lots that have damaged fences or cramped spaces unsuitable for my off-road vehicle, Dunkin' offers convenient parking. It’s just a short drive from Higgins to get here. Plus, their menu is reliable, and they’ve never messed up our order, which is a fantastic bonus!
I had an amazing experience thanks to the warm and friendly customer service! I ordered an ice cream coffee combo that was simply delicious, and the drink was made to perfection. It’s hard to find such quality at Dunkin’, so the staff here really stand out. The only downside was that the building, particularly the back seating area, could use a bit of cleaning.
My son accidentally left his iPhone at this restaurant last night, and we searched for it outside where someone said they had found it. I called in the morning, and the manager informed me that it was safe with him. The staff here is incredibly honest! We enjoyed breakfast and left feeling very grateful.

I always enjoy visiting this Dunkin' when Ashley is working. My coffee and food are consistently fresh, hot, and exactly how I like them! This young woman truly brightens my day. She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion because she makes this location stand out!
