My job was right, that's a positive, but DUNKIN cmon. Your people are tired exhausted irritable. Obviously they don't enjoy what they do or not enough to do with what they have to do. I just want the team members to know that it's okay not to be okay. Even at almost the break they still pulled it together for the next person.

The service was great, the place was quiet when I came in. I have a few things, but it was still fast, I also had the salted caramel signature latte. And that was pretty delicious. That would definitely enjoy it again.

Great service at this point, food is fast food quality, neither great nor bad. Very satisfying pit stop.
