I ordered both sandwiches showed in the receipt and the drive thru cashier gave me attitude that I ordered the maple bacon and should have said the maple sugar bacon sandwich croissant instead. What did it say on the receipt??? Exactly, and she blamed it on the other guy Arturo did not do the sandwich. They closed the window but you can hear them speaking on their native language and laughing. Making it sound like I was the one who did not order right instead of her apologizing that she read the order receipt attached to Dunkin paper bag that I was right and she made a mistake but instead decided to argue with customer and blamed I made a mistake with my order. I always encounter issues when I visit this restaurant. The staff are lethargic and rude, never willing to accommodate any requests. They don't even bother to greet or thank customers. I don't eat bacon, so I asked them to leave it off my sandwich, but they refused. It seems like a simple request - just add egg, cheese, and no bacon! This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. They really need to change their staff.
Absolutely trash service and horrible having attitude employees. We were told drive thru only, Explained kindly to the lady our truck is To big and to long to fit in your driveway. Was given an even bigger attitude and was told subway next door is open, oh well And turned her back on us. Fantastic customer service skills
The two stars is for the service. It is usually good. The doughnuts?EVERY time I go here?are old. They are at least a day old because I can't eat them the next day they are so hard and dry. I am trying to understand what time of day or what day of theweek they are fresh. Anyone know of another dnut place in this area?

horrible customer service. ignored my mom when they gave her the wrong order. they refused to look at the order placed on her phone let her stand there for 5+ min before she ultimately decided to leave. if any owner/ manager is reading this, you seriously need to communicate with your team or get a new one.
This Dunkin’ isn’t that great in all honesty. The couple of times I have gone here, the donuts were old and hard. The coffee tasted wrong too. Maybe it’s because it’s a small pop up in a gas station but if I was you, I’d go to different Dunkin’ Donuts in the area there are plenty close by.
I live right nearby so I thought it would be awesome now that a Dunkin opened. I was wrong. They are closed half the time when their hours say they are opened. And I order a black coffee with a turbo shot and three times now they got that wrong. So better off at a different Dunkin.
Busy, staff was busy so interactions were short with no pleasantries. Took a while to get my order in, took longer to get my food and drink. I was a walk in order, the drive thru was busy.
