I tried to order a cup of hot oat milk and was told it was not on the menu. I suggested a Chai latte with oat milk but hold the Chai to no avail. I then suggested they charge me for a large coffe but put oat milk in the cup, not happening, as heads beganto explode because of the complexity of my request and the cashier speaking so softly i could not hear her too well I informedher that other dunking donuts are able to serve a cup of oat milk with no issue. Her response was a dead, blank expression inher eyes as if her brain overloaded. God forbid if i asked her for a spoon, all hell would of broke out. All of this while thepeople working there with frowns on their faces as if we the customer...
I recently visited the Dunkin' at Piney Orchard Parkway in Odenton, Maryland, and found that their coffee is consistently bitter. At first, I thought it was just a one-time or occasional issue, but every time I go, the bitterness remains. I'm not a coffee expert, so I'm not sure how to fix it—maybe it's related to how the coffee is made or served. I even had to throw away my iced caramel macchiato, which should have been sweet, but the sugar couldn't mask the bitterness. I like Dunkin' and appreciate the convenience, but if the bitter coffee issue isn't resolved, I may start exploring other coffee shops.
Whoever Asia is thinks it?s okay to follow people and almost run them off the road because I asked for my drink to be made properly. Also threatened to fight me inside Dunkin Doughnuts then came outside to continue threatening me then follow me down Piney Orchard parkway. The manager said there is nothing he can do since she isn?t at work anymore. Really nice he also told me I was harassing him to make my drink correctly.
On 12/27/2020 at 10:37, my husband and I went through the drive-thru. The cashier, Cash D, was very rude to my husband while he was placing his order. My husband had a hard time speaking quickly, and the cashier responded with a clearly negative attitude. Then, at the window, he said nothing to us and just stared, which was very disrespectful. While my coffee was prepared perfectly, the customer service was disappointing.

The customer service at this location needs work. Everyone acts like you?re bothering them. They also need training on how to make the food and drinks. I avoid this location because 9/10 they mess it up. Every other location gets it right.
Wasted 25 minutes sitting for a drive through order. They could not get the order right. It was a simple order. Maybe it was the machibes or inexperienced staff, but 25 minutes is crazy.
Lady at counter mentioned that this location doesn 't honor the veteran 's day donut. Had to go to another location. Not doing it this year was their answer.
Slowest drive thru ever. Expect to wait 5 to 15 minutes, regardless of how many cars in front of you. Every time I go there, same slow drive thru.

Overall, it’s a solid spot for Dunkin' Donuts. The place is clean and stays open late, which is great. The staff is friendly too.
The service might not be perfect, but this place is quite charming—just a cozy neighborhood coffee shop.
