Watch out for bitter coffee. I would give them I zero. I’ve been trying to give this place a change but I can’t anymore. I’ve been here about 5-6 times and ever time the coffee is bitter. When I complain they ask me if I want more creamer and sugar. I’m like no clean your machines plz. I just want a clean and fresh tasting cup of coffee. This time was that last straw! I was in the drive through and They take my cup twice back into the store . Both times I said the coffee tasted bitter. The window staff looked annoyed that I wanted them to fix it. They added creamer and I left half way through my cup the bitter taste came back. They have swindled me for the last time. I truly believe they nev...

I drove all over the tri-state area for a living and this is hands-down the worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever encountered. The place is filthy. There are flies everywhere. Every time I stop in there they claim the espresso machine is not working. I knowit?s because The afternoon lady is too lazy to make drinks she is always on her phone and takes at least five minutes to noticeyou . Their regular coffee tastes like old dishwater. I have been going to this Dunkin? Donuts for years but it?s time to stop.the health department needs to be called in.

The young man working was very friendly. He asked the woman to give me extra cream cheese and she got very nasty with him. Telling him you need to wait but it was not said nicely. You should never talk down to your employees or be nasty to them especially in front of guests. Be kind

The short lady in the front very rude speak in her own language and don't know how to mind her business and always messing up customers order she always on the phone video talking on the phone and involve the other lady in her language whenever customer said order mess up Réservez une table maintenant

I placed an $80 mobile order. When I went to pick it up, store was closed. In fact, I went almost 90 mins after my mobile order was due it still wasn?t ready. I?ll visit another DD in the future.
