I love the location of this Dunkin. Right near my work, right near the turnpike entrance, around the corner from my house. But I cannot go here anymore. On three separate visits, 1. Gave me the wrong order, someone else's. 2. Wrong coffee order and 3. Wrong coffee order. 3 screwups in less than 2 weeks. Im on the road for my job, sometimes I don't drink the coffee till I'm already on the pa turnpike, I don't have time to turn around and get a replacement.You associates really need to get your game up. 2 stars because you're terrible.
The service at this restaurant is exceptional. Staff members Chris and Debbie are attentive and extremely helpful, ensuring everything is perfect and going out of their way to satisfy customers. The owner is truly lucky to have such a dedicated team. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place, especially since we often visit for our business meetings at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Washington.
The cashier on the morning weekdays UDI makes my morning every single morning. His energy is absolutely immaculate. Even at 8am his positivity is on 300%, he definitely needs a raise and a job in customer service. Thank you for always always always adding positivity to my mornings udi :
The service was pretty fast. The grilled cheese Pesto tomato sandwich and hash browns were bombs! The mango, pineapple limonade wasn't the best. The syrup was too sweet for me and I love sugar. Go freshly squeezed, real fruits please.

The service is excellent during the weekdays, but it tends to drop off on the weekends. I visited last Sunday and placed an order for nearly $30. I requested a cup of ice and was surprised to find there was an extra charge for it.
Great fast service! Their line is usually long as there are no other dunkins in the area. But the line moves quickly and they get their orders right. Good place to bite a coffee and fast.
Currently not allowed inside seat. But clean inside, with pleasant professional staff. Drive thru is a little slow, but only because the line is so long.
Don't even know how many Dunkins I've rated. Love that they are generally all the same, something to be said about expectations.
