I arrived at the restaurant around 8:34, even though the dining room closes at 9. The door was open, so I walked in to place an order. However, a staff member informed me that the dining room was closed. I found this puzzling, as there was still nearly half an hour until closing time and the doors were unlocked. To add to the confusion, there was another customer sitting inside just a few minutes before I arrived. The employee suggested that I order from the drive-thru instead, but it didn’t make sense to me why the dining room was treated as closed in this situation.
I always have a great time at DD! They offer excellent prices and a wide selection of sugar-free choices. The quality of their food and drinks is consistently top-notch. It's impressive to see the company expanding while still upholding its values worldwide. Congratulations to DD!
At Dunkin', you never quite know what kind of drink you'll receive. Even if you order the same item from the menu daily, the flavor can differ depending on who makes it. That said, the service is consistently friendly and fast!
Extremely disappointing. Charging $3 for a medium coffee is outrageous. I should have just driven off instead of handing over my money to these scammers. I will never come back!

I'm thrilled to have a 24-hour Dunkin' Donuts nearby. I truly appreciate their willingness to refill my Dunkin' cup. Plus, the place is kept clean.
The women who work here are very kind and polite, but one young man at the drive-in window could benefit from improving his manners.
