The owner may come across as tough, but they are highly efficient and always seems to instill a strong work ethic in the new employees, embodying the principles of capitalism. In my three years of visiting, I’ve never witnessed them make a mistake with an order. While I'm not involved in the ongoing debates over Starbucks versus other coffee brands, I can confidently say that her hot chocolate is outstanding.
Visit the Dunkin' in the area. The place is very clean and the service is friendly. The parking lot can be a bit tricky on weekends since it’s quite small, but it's still manageable. Shortly after my first visit, the staff began to recognize my order, which really highlights the quality of their service.
Terrible service. My coffee was awful—tasted like just milk. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, but they didn’t include the egg or cheese. How do you forget the egg and cheese when it’s part of the name? The staff were rude, and I definitely do not recommend this Dunkin’.
This Dunkin' location offers the best coffee in Bergen County. While the quality at Dunkin' seemed to decline a few years ago, often tasting like hot water, that’s not the case here. Visit Dunkin in the area for a clean environment and friendly service. The parking lot is a bit small and can be tricky on weekends, but it’s still manageable. After visiting regularly, the staff started remembering my order, which really reflects their excellent service.
I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but it looks like they forgot to add any cream cheese at all. My cappuccino was mostly foam, with hardly any coffee, and it was cold too. Overall, I found the experience to be quite disappointing.
The Waldwick location offers the lowest prices, but it is small and unclean. The staff appears to be unhappy. I prefer visiting the locations in Ramsey (on Franklin Turnpike), Mahwah, and Franklin Lakes as they are clean and well-managed.
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Even when I ask for less ice, they still fill the cup to the brim with ice. I'm just trying to order coffee, not ice! Réservez une table maintenant
