However, I had a great experience at the upstairs bar. The bartender was fantastic. I mentioned how the heat and humidity back in Florida were ruining my dryer, and to my surprise, the bartender had a friend in my town and took the time to recommend someone to help me fix my issue. Not only did he give me excellent beer recommendations and top-notch service, but he also helped me tackle a problem from across the country. I’m definitely willing to give the seafood bisque another shot based on that experience alone.

This restaurant consistently impresses with its friendly and exceptional service. We absolutely love dining here. They even split our kids' meal for us, which made our lunch out much more enjoyable. The celery farm salad is outstanding, and they boast an amazing selection of beers and some of the best burgers available. We truly adore this place! The owners are incredibly nice as well—definitely a fantastic gem in the neighborhood.
the Caesar Salad was pre dressed at the restaurant, which is always a mistake too much dressing wilted the lettuce. the dressing was sweet. there was next to no cheese. the tomatoes meant it's not really a Caesar. the one good thing about this salad is the grilled chicken on top it had a slightly charred flavor that was fantastic. but the #1 fix would be dressing on the side.
The food and service at ABG are consistently outstanding! We really enjoy the atmosphere, as well as the selection of local beers, plus unique options like a Konig Ludwig. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. This is by far our favorite spot in town. And let’s not forget the delicious freshly made popcorn!

I have been a dine-in and occasional takeout customer at this restaurant for around 15 years. I even ordered delivery from here once through DoorDash. The food is fantastic and of high quality, and the owner of the restaurant is the happiest person I've ever met in Allendale.

The steak was meant to be medium rare, but it arrived medium well. The portion of fries was quite small, and the sauce was not included.
