One downside of this store has been the occasional wait when employees are engaged in conversations before serving the next customer. However, I don’t feel it's worth deducting a star for that minor issue. Overall, this Dunkin Donuts is a great spot that doesn’t rush customers out the door—something I might need to embrace a bit more! For anyone who appreciates a slower pace, this could actually be a nice benefit. Plus, I’ve never had an order mistake here.
One downside I've noticed is that there were a few times when I had to wait while employees chatted with others before they assisted me. However, I won’t take away a star for that—I understand that people need to take a break sometimes. Overall, this is a spacious Dunkin Donuts that doesn't rush anyone out the door, which is great for me since I prefer a more laid-back atmosphere. Additionally, I've never had an order error here.
I encountered a problem with my order and only noticed it after we had already left. When I returned to address the issue, the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and informed me that there was nothing they could do.
They got my order right, so they're definitely doing better than they were 18 months ago when I had to ask them to remake my meal twice because they messed it up. Réservez une table maintenant
I placed my order correctly, and this time they did an amazing job (unlike 18 months ago when I had to have a dish remade because it was overcooked).
The staff at this restaurant are exceptionally friendly. Although Saturdays can be quite busy, the wait time is reasonable.
