Morning service is absolutely terrible. Thankfully I ordered BEFORE leaving the house and my order has still taken more than 20 minutes to prepare. Instead of remodeling the outside, how about remodeling the staff. Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich hardly any bacon on it (3 tiny strips) dry as hell girl came from the kitchen and literally threw it at me. The whole experience was disgusting. The new Dunkin’ is a huge improvement over the old one, meaning the renovation that took place over the summer of 2023. Still the same building and layout as before. They now have a LCD screen for their drive thru menu which is much easier to read than the standard menu from before. Service: Take out
This is generally a very busy location, but usually fast with service. I wish there were more gluten-free choices that I could pair with the Dunkin' coffee. I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant! Their all-day breakfast is fantastic, and the hash browns are simply irresistible. The service was outstanding as well; the staff was incredibly friendly and provided the best service I’ve ever experienced.
