**UPDATE 07/29/2021:** I walked out again because the line was out the door. I can't believe the business allows so much potential revenue to walk away regularly. This store has the worst service and the worst management, who refuse to open the second cash register even when there are twenty customers waiting. Corporate should be aware of how many customers leave in disgust and the sales they lose every hour. It's an embarrassment. I love the coffee and appreciate the other staff, but this isn't the first time I've had to walk out due to poor management and an endless line just to get a cup of coffee. Resolve this ongoing issue, and I will happily give you a five-star rating.
The service here is usually quick, and the staff is welcoming. This chain restaurant meets all the expectations you'd have for a Dunkin' Donuts, with food and drinks that are consistent with other locations. A standout feature is their offering of honey for teas.
Just ok ...asked for nonfat half half in ice coffeeThey gave milk. Late before i realized it was whole milk. ..im lactose intolerant re 100 percent milk bad bad tummy cramps etc. Sad i was in transit could not return to make in person complaint
How can they say America runs on Dunkin when they close at 3 PM? I work in this city and rely on Dunkin' Donuts coffee, but they close at 3 PM. That's completely unacceptable!

Tried this place before with my friend and I am addicted since then. I enjoy the excellent atmosphere and delightful dishes and beverages. I recommend this place.
