When he opened the protective doors to serve the ice cream, I noticed droplets coming from his mouth and falling into the ice cream containers. Concerned, I told him I no longer wanted the ice cream because he wasn’t wearing his mask properly and decided to leave. As I walked out, he shouted a profanity at me, which I chose to ignore. I believe it’s important to report this incident, especially during these pandemic times, as this behavior could put customers at risk. For reference, the employee was a male, about 20 to 25 years old, of Latin descent (he was speaking Spanish), with dark skin and a black beard, and he did not show a professional attitude.
