I order 3 items. Get to the window missing 1 items, lady has a attitude, tells me to wait on the side, her son comes out with a worst attitude. I guess it was too early 9:00 am. No good morning, no sorry for not getting the order right. Stay away from this place.
I visited this restaurant on a whim and will definitely not be returning. It was a terrible experience. I had to wait for 10 minutes only to be told that they don't accept cards. My friend even went back and had the same terrible encounter.
Do yourself a favor and just go through the drive thru. Do not go inside to order or pick up mobile order.. employees ignore you esp at mobile order pick up inside. Seems all the attention is towards the drive thru!!
I want to get a coffee on Sunday afternoon so when I got home the coffee was cold. I use to work for DD I will never serve cold coffee. So I called the store and the guy I spoke to he like nothing I could do, Réservez une table maintenant
The line for the drive up was so long it ran across the gas station parking lot. When inside the worst coffee I ever drank wish old socks were put into it to help the taste.
I got home and my bagel was soaked in butter. Very sloppy presentation for food and staff is not pleasant. I like the butter pecan iced coffee but staff is unprofessional
Staff is really bad. Needs better service badly and workers were arguing while I was ordering. They do not mix any sugar that you tell them to or the hot chocolate mix.
This dunkin donuts is absolutely the slowest when it comes to in-house service. This is the 3rd time it’s this slow. Go through the drive thru not inside. Réservez une table maintenant
