Dunkin' - Réserver une table

I went there today 4/2/22, after walking out of the Dunkin on 3960 W Oakland Park Blvd, Laud Lakes where the customer service needs much too be desired. I went to the DD at 1801 W Oakland Park Blvd, in Oakland Park. On my arrival, I was greeted pleasantly. I got what I needed and bought more than I had planned to buy. It wasn't due to any emotional feelings, it was the customer service interaction. I bought 2 Matcha Lattes a hot and cold, very tasty. 2 toast with Humus and roasted tomatoes, very delicious. Two an old fashioned and a glazed. I gave a tip and left feeling very please with the whole customer service experience.

Crystal the manager is amazing! Great customer service every day. Crystal knows me by name and makes me feel at home. What a pleasure to be greeted by her friendly smile and great tasting coffee. They are very fast and efficient.

Fast. Customer service is courteous. Order of breakfast: medium cup of coffee l French vanilla w sugar cream, toasted croissant w bacon and ham was accurate. Hot and yummy both

Tried that new flavor of the month Non-dairy strawberry streusel. My daughter had hash browns and apple juice. I didn't like the taste of the hash browns

Unbelievable that this place actually locks the door so that clients can't use the restroom will never purchase a coffee from here.
