i'd give this place 0 stars if i was able to. the staff is insanely rude and the guy that works saturday around 12 , the white kid , is completely trash. he should be fired. speaking under his breathe making remarks at me , i can hear him saying he wants to punch me because i asked him if he was okay since he came up the cashier with an attitude. poor customer service. nothing will ever compare to the old manager and staff here years ago. this new owner is terrible and i hope he personally sees this. bea cirillo was the best manager this place had and that was 8 years ago!!!
I genuinely believe that the staff at this store put in a tremendous effort to manage both online and in-store orders, which can lead to long lines and wait times because of the overwhelming volume. I love this store, but I feel that some customers are quick to complain about minor issues. Instead of criticizing the employees for their mistakes, they should appreciate the hard work these individuals put in. During my visits, I’ve spoken with several staff members, and they seem to be doing their best to make an honest living, just like anyone else.
I would like to share my concerns about the lack of attentiveness and professionalism shown by the staff at this restaurant. Furthermore, the quality of the products did not meet my expectations. For example, I received extra cream with my order, and my coffee was not served hot enough. I kindly encourage you to take the necessary steps to enhance customer satisfaction. Thank you.
I recently visited a Dunkin' Donuts for the first time and left empty-handed. Everything appeared old and stale. To top it off, the establishment was dirty, and the staff seemed more focused on texting than serving customers. It seems like the owner doesn’t care about maintaining the place.

The weekends in this Dunkin Donuts get busy at times in the morning. There alot of Door Dash orders and on the go mobile orders. The manager is always nice and has apologized a couple of times for the wait.
I enjoy everything at Dunkin' Donuts, but I rated this location 4 stars due to the man working behind the counter at night. Unfortunately, he is quite rude and tends to work at a slower pace.
It is a Baskin Robbins dunkin store. I wanted to order a birthday cake and was told ..WE DO NOT MAKE CAKES or take orders.. SERIOUSLY..... SO
This place is always dirty. The wait time is always longer than 20 min. They honestly need better management.
