This place is quick and clean so far, but if you want anything other than regular coffee, like a latte or something (specifically the iced caramel latte ive gotten there a couple times) ask for it extra strong. Or IT WILL BE ALMOST WHITE. If you have the will to question them, they will pretend that thats normal when they must know every other location it looks a light tan color cuz its NOT 95% MILK SMH

I've been to Dunkin' many times, but today will be my final visit. The employee working seemed to be having a rough day, and as a customer, I can't accept rude behavior. I hope they focus on improving their customer service. It's unfortunate.
I visited Dunkin' near Grand Central East after finding it through my phone app. Although the space is somewhat tight, the menu offers fresh food, the coffee is served piping hot, and the staff member I met was very friendly! Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Whatever the employee gave me tasted more like an ordinary latte. Either the quality of their pumpkin spice lattes were low or the employee gave me the wrong drink.
Late nite service is a joke. The guy that works at night is rude and not customer friendly at all and never has thr system ready for purchase. Please teach him about customer service.
Always super busy in the morning and they only have one employee working the shift and he’s unable to fulfill orders. Takes 10+ Minutes to order we can only park there for 10 min.
Rude cashier. I asked if he can put cream cheese on my sandwich that I forgot to put on, he was annoyed that I asked and got even more annoyed when I offered to pay. Réservez une table maintenant
Girl had an attitude from the beginning. She messed up my order and then refused to fix it even after I told her I’d pay extra if required.
