I really tried to avoid writing a review, but I can't continue coming here. I kept giving this location the benefit of the doubt since it’s the only one on my way to work, but they only get my order right about 40% of the time. They’ve given me frozen bagel bites, the wrong type of bagel, and coffee that’s mostly milk with barely any coffee. I feel bad for the employees, especially since there have been times when only one person is running the entire store. Today, the drive-thru worker was rude while I was placing my order. This location has terrible customer service. I visited twice this week and encountered an employee who was very rude, making me feel like I was a bother to them. There was no greeting or acknowledgment of thanks at all. I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts locations where the staff is friendly and welcoming, so I recommend trying one of those instead.
I had a pleasant experience at Dunkin'. The menu options met my expectations, although I think the customer service could be improved. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit to this location.
I always have a wonderful experience getting my coffee here. Occasionally, I even receive complimentary donuts from Vrund! The staff is incredibly friendly for a Dunkin' location.
