Friendly staff that know their regular customers well and keep the shop very clean. You do great with app pickup and you can get your drinks right next to the front door, so there is no need to navigate a lot when busy and you are back in your car fast. Many nurses and doctors use this place when the hospital is so close. Only cave is parking is narrow and very limited, so the lunch time can be hard, but during breakfast they are the only store open in this strip, so parking is plentiful.

Bad customer service. Don't waste your time and your money in this place. They are very rude with all people who is not white... it's very weird because they are Hindu. they are very rude with Spanish people y black people. I'll never come back this place.

They could have 5 people and they still wouldnt get it right. Why would you take an order then leave the register. Leave a sole body cashing and two people making orders. Very un organized

The two young ladies who served and prepared my food were very efficient in their teamwork—one was cooking while the other handled the register. Great job, ladies!

I just wanted a cup of coffee. Every time I visit with my kids, they often get extra Munchkins. The staff is incredibly nice and polite.
